Your standards are reflected in what you consistently do.


Athletes: your standards are how you hold yourself accountable. Standards represent the things you choose as acceptable behaviors and practices based on your personal expectations. Your core values and the beliefs, which influence your behavior, form your standards. Champion-minded athletes consistently adhere to incredibly high standards.

Maintaining high standards on a consistent basis will ultimately lead to greater results. Elite athletes commit to a lifestyle that does not accept excuses or mediocrity. They are relentless in the pursuit of their goals.
